Turkey

Viola! the turkey is out of the oven!!! Doesn't it look great?? It took 5.5 hours to bake and lots of basting to make this beautiful, organic bird. I took the second picture so that you all could see my brand new stove in the back left of the picture. As you can see I have a very tiny kitchen. It is hard to imagine a smaller kitchen, but this kitchen used to be smaller than this! Where the peninsula is now a wall used to be. The wall was at the end of the peninsula that is closest to the sink. The refrigerator is on the left of the peninsula on the other side of the wall. Well, thanks for stopping! Too bad you can't share some of this turkey with me. It tastes really good! I gotta scoot and go carve it now.

  5. Oh, that bird looks wonderful!!!! And so does your stove! You will love your flat surface...it gives me another 'space' to mix and stir and into the oven to bake. I do use it like an extra counter at times. I'm so glad you got one!!!
