For Traci M.'s parents, SSS80

This card is for my Dork Sister's parents. She, rather, her parents are being featured in this week's Teapot Tuesday over at SCS. I didn't like the challenge for this week as it seemed too dark and grim for a cheer-me-up card. Instead, I took a little liberties with Sweet and Sassy's SSS80 sketch challenge and came up with this card.
Traci's parents live in Colorado. Her Dad needed surgery and he takes care of Traci's Mom. So, while Dad had surgery and during his recovery Mom is in a nursing home. From what I understand Dad is in the same nursing home for his recovery. I am sure it is hard on both of them being away from home and dependent on others. I can imagine that is hard for Traci, who doesn't live close to her parents, as well. Traci, I hope this brings a smile to their faces!!

  3. Karen, this is the most adorable card with the pretty Tilda!! She must be new, I haven't seen her before, and doesn't she look cheerful with her daisy sky? My mom's favorite flower is the daisy!!
Thanks so much for making this card for them, I know it will bring a smile to their faces!! And thanks even more for your encouragement to me!!
